Human donors are between 18-70 years old, any race and sex. Exclusion criteria include: The donors who have been bedridden for over a month, received radiation or chemotherapy and those who have a history of joint trauma or infection. “Normal” donors have no history of joint disease.

Cultures derived from human donors usually require 1-2 weeks for OA+ tissue or 2-3 weeks for normal tissue. Bovine orders can typically be filled within the week.

· Bulk plate purchases, 6 or more plates from a single human donor or 5 or more plates from a bovine source, are eligible for a 20% discount. Inquire regarding larger orders.

· Some clients opt to pay the human tissue costs directly. A reduced fee per plate is charged.
